Similar to your friend, Jerry, I was dropped in country in 10/67 and hit in 11/09/67. I was a member of Charlie Co/4/12/199 LIB. I was immediately evacked from Vietnam and all possessions friends and Unit left behind. I have only recently begun to research and learn what happened 11/09/67 and after to my Unit. So far, all I've been able to find only covers 1966,the initial trip to Vietnam and 1968 Tet following my visit to the Country. If anybody remembers the period of 11/67, I would very much like to know about specifics of that period.
