Make higher education free to everyone

I would like to see all colleges be free of charge, like public elementary, middle and high schools are now. So many good people who just need a job and basic training cannot afford college. Of course, there would be trade off, but I think if we can bail out Wall Street, General Motors and other large corporations, we can also fund education.
