Trying to keep politics out of this topic. It's hard. My obvious suggestion is that with a better economy, this problem is better dealt with. I know: Gee wiz. Knowing where we are, how we got here and how to get to back on top can be explained quite simply:

I, along with 99 percent of viewers, applauded a problem well defined. The video is a must-see. A better economy is the first step toward reducing poverty. I know, for I am one of the impoverished.
