Gate money for Nevada:
Facilities must inform released inmates of their rights and the legal restrictions of their rights. For example, ex-felons may not possess firearms, and they must apply to have their civil rights restored. Released inmates must also submit to at least one HIV test, for which they must pay if they are able. At the director's discretion, a facility may also provide up to $100, a set of clothes, and the cost of transportation anywhere in the US or to the offender's county of conviction. These costs may legally be taken from the inmate's account.
